Rental Requirements

Rental Requirements:

We like to meet tenants who have COMPLETED an applicatio with a paid $50 application fee.

Credit Score we do not require a specific score but rather we review any past payment history, any past evictions and any past record of bankruptcy.
Income must be three (3) times the amount of monthly rent.
Applicant must provide proof of any income that is listed on the application.
Co-signers allowed with eligible income. 
We speak with previous landlords & employers for references.
Must have a valid Driver's License 

We do accept section 8 housing vouchers.
NOT ALL HOMES ARE APPROVED TO ACCEPT SECTION 8 VOUCHERS

Once approved for a property we ask for deposit & full month rent paid in cash for keys/lease within 24 hours of approval. We can not hold homes without payment.
